What a consultation with Dr Arno Kroner looks like

A structured, investigative, and individualized process designed to understand your history, your physiology, and the pattern beneath your symptoms.

An investigation, not a rushed symptom check

The process is designed to do more than collect a few symptoms. The aim is to understand your health story in an organized way so that the physiology behind your current pattern becomes more visible.

1. Intake and preparation

Before the consultation, a structured intake helps gather history, context, symptoms, timeline, lifestyle, and the larger story of how your health has evolved. This allows the live consultation to be used for interpretation rather than only data collection.

2. The first consultation

The first meeting focuses on listening carefully, organizing the timeline, identifying major turning points, and clarifying what may be perpetuating the current pattern. The goal is not speed, but coherence.

3. Review and strategy

Existing lab work and prior history are reviewed in context. If further investigation is appropriate, the next step may involve deeper functional testing, a more detailed review of digestion, metabolism, sleep, stress, or other core systems, and a plan for prioritizing the work.

4. Personalized follow-through

Care is individualized. Recommendations may include nutrition, rhythm and recovery work, targeted support, stress regulation, and a broader plan to reduce the specific physiological burden you are carrying.

Goal: move from confusion toward a clearer map, then from the map toward a more realistic and sustainable plan.
