Endurance Blog Posts
Having a long and extensive experience in ultra endurance sport medicine in rather extreme environments I find it useful to share selected endurance blog posts from the last 10 years. What applies to endurance and ultra distance sports also applies to wellness and everyday health. What if you would consider your life to be a long distance event? Would you make the same decisions all along knowing that it’s possible with a rational and disciplined approach to cross the finish line and do it again the next day? You might not want to think about it but how will you cross the finish line? I can help you look at your wellness, health and goals from a recovery or performance standpoint. Check out also how TCM is a great sport medicine modality.
